Job Title: nCino & Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled nCino & Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Coastal Community Credit Union. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino platform. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both nCino and Salesforce platforms while aligning with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage nCino and Salesforce platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Provide advanced support for the nCino platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for nCino and Salesforce platforms.
  • Collaborate with business partners to create opportunities and efficiencies utilizing nCino and Salesforce technology and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino and Salesforce releases and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in nCino and Salesforce administration.
  • nCino Administrator Certification or working towards it.
  • Commercial lending experience an asset.
  • Financial services experience an asset.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
  • Loans Origination System Administration experience is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $67,883.00 to $90,173.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
