Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in our dynamic business environment.

Our program is designed to foster growth and development, with a focus on customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, learn from their expertise, and develop your own skills and competencies.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Assisting with financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • At least 6 months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
