The Retail Store Supervisor role at One Dream Enterprise presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, authorizing payments by cheque and managing cash transactions.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Work Schedule: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar retail supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $45,000 per year.
- A permanent employment contract with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
