About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team at 1110043 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our hotel and resort operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and managing cash handling procedures.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information, sales data, and inventory levels in our system.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with car rentals and other hotel services.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Process online sales transactions through our electronic commerce platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion of sales.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Accurately record and maintain sales data, inventory levels, and customer information for inventory control and sales analysis.
Requirements
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Work Term: Temporary position with a variable schedule.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
