Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our rental staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Sales Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our rental inventory to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
