About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer information, rental details, and other relevant data into our system.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions through our online platform, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer payments.
  • Maintain Sales Records: Accurately maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring that our inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
Work Environment
