Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of rental staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Assignments and Authorizations
    • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Scheduling and Reporting
    • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory of rental equipment and supplies.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Requirements
