Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of rental staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and establish work schedules to optimize rental operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient rental operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a rental or sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
