Job Summary
This Labourer/Hostler position plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our locomotive shops. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, driving vehicles, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including operating dollies, high-pressure-washing machines, shovels, and wheelbarrows, driving trucks, forklifts, and cranes, operating locomotives, and carrying out general tasks as needed. The Labourer/Hostler will also be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environmental settings.

Requirements
Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least 18 years of age. They must also have the ability to work autonomously, adapt to different situations, and manage stress. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to determine the condition of objects and parts for wear and defects.
