About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Insurance Executive to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As a key member of our Personal Lines division, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to our clients based on their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our in-house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest information and advice.
Requirements
  • Level 2 General Insurance License.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
