As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll be part of our Personal Lines division, focused on delivering expert advice and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering unique solutions
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals
  • Responsive and committed to serving clients' needs
  • Claims advocacy skills
  • Ability to build new business relationships and establish referrals
  • Lead generation skills through various business lines

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is a variable structure, consisting of a base salary plus commission. The expected base salary is $50,000 to $60,000, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. Total compensation will be influenced by factors such as skills, experience, and working location.
