As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll be part of our Personal Lines division, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to join our team. As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll work with our clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions using our in-house programs, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding unique solutions
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excellent client service skills with a focus on responsiveness and urgency
  • Claims advocacy skills
  • Ability to build new business relationships and establish referrals
  • Knowledge of auto and commercial business lines

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, including a base salary and commission. The expected base salary is $50,000 to $60,000, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance.
