The Opportunity
We're looking for a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to join our team. As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll work with our clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions using our in-house programs, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding unique solutions
- A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent client service skills with a focus on responsiveness and urgency
- Claims advocacy skills
- Ability to build new business relationships and establish referrals
- Knowledge of auto and commercial business lines
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, including a base salary and commission. The expected base salary is $50,000 to $60,000, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance.
