About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at AutoZone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales and developing positive relationships with commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial sales growth and achieve sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales.
- Develop new accounts through face-to-face and telephone contact with potential customers, showcasing our extensive range of automotive parts and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by acting as the primary contact for commercial customers and maintaining open lines of communication between AutoZone and commercial customers.
- Oversee the efficient delivery of products by planning delivery routes and managing drivers, ensuring accurate delivery documentation is generated for each delivery.
- Offer expert advice and support to commercial customers by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends, guaranteeing they receive the 'right part for the right price'.
- Manage commercial account records and billing, processing returns and reconciling accounts accurately.

What You Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, coupled with strong decision-making abilities and selling skills.
- The ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
