As an Executive Chef - Food Preparation and Service, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. They must also be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas, order supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Cooking skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- A competitive salary of $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on experience
