Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Director to join our team at The Bent Mast. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for creating new recipes, instructing cooks in preparation and presentation of food, supervising kitchen staff, and planning menus to ensure high-quality standards.
Job Description- Create Innovative Recipes: Develop new and exciting menu options that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.
- Instruct and Train Staff: Provide guidance and instruction to cooks on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- SUPERVISE KITCHEN STAFF: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high-quality food standards.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
