The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, conducting research, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct research and provide reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, including hiring, training, and advising staff.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- 5-10 years of experience in administrative management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Accurate, efficient, and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and database management.
