Location: Calgary South Compensation: 45000-55000 Annually Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead enrollment growth initiatives, engaging with prospective students to promote our diverse program offerings.
  2. Assist the Designated Admission Head and admissions team in developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of prospective students.
  3. Build relationships with prospective students, conducting information sessions on admissions requirements, academic programs, and campus resources.
  4. Plan and execute recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, and information sessions to engage potential students.
  5. Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make admission decisions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.
  7. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective communication, follow-up, and closing strategies, maintaining accurate records of applicant data and admission decisions.

What We Look for:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of solid sales performance history or record.
  2. Professional sales training – Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  3. Previous experience in education sales or private college admissions or B2C sales or telemarketing.
  4. Possess superb verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence, able to make a high volume of reach outs (80-150 per day) while maintaining a positive attitude.
  5. Demonstrate strong resilience in managing rejections and objections, turning them into opportunities.

  1. Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking and following up on prospective student interactions.
  2. Passionate about higher education with a genuine desire to help students succeed, demonstrating strong persuasive skills to convey our institution's value.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems or other call management software is a plus.
  4. Capable of working independently, meeting set targets and goals, and adapting to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
