Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level administrative support to our Business Lead, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant administration experience and a strong background in Microsoft Office applications. You will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal direction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including managing office security systems, coordinating on-boarding of new hires, and implementing employee engagement programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and providing administrative support to team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the Business Lead, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office security systems, including point of contact for office equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new hires, including local on-boarding and IT support.
  • Implement employee engagement programs, including team social functions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant administration experience.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
