Job DescriptionIn this challenging and dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven customer service skills, gained through work or community involvement.

- An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfort with simple sales situations, such as promoting digital banking options.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in areas related to digital banking and self-service platforms.
