Estate Specialist

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled Estates Specialist to join our Operations team. As an Estates Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, settling, and taxing client estate accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare client estate accounts for settlement
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax documents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and issues
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial industry, preferably in Estates or Operations
- Industry knowledge of MFDA, IIROC, CRA, and RQ rules and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
