Estates Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Specialist to join our Operations team at Aviso Wealth. As an Estates Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, settling, and taxing client estate accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare client estate accounts for settlement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in estates or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and other software
