Estate Specialist

About the Role:
Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Estate Specialist to join our team in Client Services. As an Estate Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient administration of Estate cases in a compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Estate items in accordance with pre-established SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
- Apply knowledge of Fidelity's products, policies, and procedures to resolve Estate items
- Assist the Estates and Specialized Services Manager with review and resolution of escalated Estate items and related tax issues
- Foster a culture of compliance, regulatory practices, and risk mitigation by staying informed of legislative and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement by participating in Estate and tax-related projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years related work experience in the mutual fund, financial services, or a related industry
- Minimum 1-year experience working in Estate administration and familiarity with Estate legislation
- College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience
- Bilingualism in English and French (written & verbal) is required
