Job Summary:

Linds & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Law Clerk to join our team. As a Tax Law Clerk, you will provide administrative support to our tax law clerks, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tax law clerks in their daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Prepare and maintain corporate charts and documents
  • Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and laws
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in tax or corporate law
  • Successful completion of a related post-secondary program, such as a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Experience with corporate databases and software
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
