Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our tax law clerks in their busy practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing deadlines, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administratively support tax law clerks in their daily tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Assist with the creation of corporate charts and documents
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in tax or corporate law
  • Successful completion of a related post-secondary program, such as a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk diploma
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple demands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
