Job Title: Corporate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our team at Hansra Law. As a Corporate Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and clients in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law.
  • Prepare and review corporate filings, including annual reports and other regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in the coordination of corporate transactions, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing matters.
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers and clients, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining files.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk.
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal experience.
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
