Job Title: Corporate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our team at Hansra Law. As a Corporate Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and clients in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lawyers in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and closing documents.
  • Prepare and review corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on corporate law matters.
  • Assist in the maintenance of corporate records and files.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and clients, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk.
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal experience.
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
