The Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel team is looking for a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our renewable energy projects.

About the Role

As a Renewable Energy Project Developer, you will be responsible for managing wind, solar, and energy storage projects through all development phases from early stage to late stage (Notice-to-Proceed). You will be responsible for delivering high-quality and profitable projects that meet all project milestones.

You will represent the projects both internally and externally, building relationships with landowners, community members, regulators, and local government officials to gain project support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in power and/or renewable energy on complex projects across North America
  • Strong knowledge of provincial and federal legislation regarding renewable energy development
  • Experience working with landowners, rural municipalities, and/or First Nations and Indigenous communities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, as well as Sharepoint and Teams
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
