Senior Estimators with strong backgrounds in renewable energy and estimation will lead our estimating team. We are seeking experienced professionals to take ownership of project estimates, drive results, and execute plans effectively.

Salary Information

$135,000 - $170,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. This salary reflects our commitment to recognizing talent and expertise within our organization.

Job Description

This Senior Estimator role requires leading cross-functional teams in developing accurate, competitive, and timely project cost estimates for Bid-Build and EPC construction Request for Proposals (RFPs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with business leaders.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to estimators and associate estimators.
  • Analyzing multi-discipline estimated expenses related to client RFP information, design, and costs to complete the estimate.
  • Assisting in compiling historical cost data for projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in renewable energy or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project execution and project management standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with estimating software, such as HCSS Heavy Bid, is an asset.
