About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Security Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough security reviews of applications and services to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement secure architecture designs to protect against potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the development process.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal development teams on secure coding practices and security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain security tools and automation scripts to streamline security processes.
  • Deliver security metrics and insights to stakeholders to inform security decision-making.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, or a related field.
