About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Security Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough security reviews of applications and services to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement secure architecture designs to protect against cyber threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of our business
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain secure
  • Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to internal teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, threat modeling, and secure coding practices
  • Experience with AWS products and services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
