Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Robotics Engineer or Automation Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and programming of our robotic systems and automation equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate and Train: Operate our robotic systems and automation equipment, and provide training to team members on their use.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly maintain and clean the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Programming: Program tasks to optimize the performance of our systems when necessary.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industrial Experience: At least 2 years of experience in industrial food equipment operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Robotics and Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with robots, conveyors, high-speed packaging equipment, and electrical/electronic controls.
  • Food Manufacturing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and SQR would be an asset, as well as knowledge of HACCP.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure includes benefits and other perks associated with working at Treasure Mills Inc.
