Talent Find Recruitment Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Leader, Quality Assurance. This exciting opportunity will see you lead the charge in shaping and executing the company's quality strategy, driving product excellence, and ensuring compliance across multiple markets.

This strategic leader will play a key role in building a strong quality foundation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align quality with business vision. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy: Develop and execute QA and regulatory compliance strategies that meet the highest standards for product quality and safety while supporting business growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA, TTB, ISO) across local, national, and international markets.
  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Own risk management and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate non-compliance, and enhance product quality.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and inspire a high-performing QA team, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities while driving accountability and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance goals with broader business objectives.
  • Safety & Sustainability: Champion safety and environmental standards while driving initiatives that reduce waste, minimize energy consumption, and promote sustainability across all operations.
  • Reporting & Executive Leadership: Regularly report to the executive team on compliance performance, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring strategic insights drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Leadership: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, FDA, TTB), regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies within the beverage industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex regulatory environments and drive change.
  • Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
