Job Summary

IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. seeks a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, this key position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs to support the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage contracts and agreements related to human resources.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide development opportunities.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, this role will be responsible for recruiting and supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters.

Support for Indigenous People:
This role will develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote opportunities and partnerships.

Support for Visible Minorities:
The Human Resources Business Partner will apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.

Work Environment:
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The primary work language is English. We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
