Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our CMO Office team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our North America-based Marketing leaders, ensuring seamless execution of their priorities and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to agreed Marketing leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings, capturing agendas, minutes, and actions.
- Handle external visitor process, including visitor log management and greeter coordination.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment and collaboration on leadership team support.
- Manage in-office logistics, including seating charts and equipment requests.
Team & Department Support
- Responsible for logistics and coordination of all-Marketing Meetings, including invites, replays, and agenda development.
- Develop marketing communications in line with brand guidelines.
- Support and maintain an internal SharePoint site as a comprehensive resource for the marketing team.
- Support Marketing Leadership Team and CMO Office with department or cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing executive support.
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
