Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Next Level Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective coordination of HR activities to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures, maintaining financial transparency and control.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to drive business success.
  • Accurately record meeting minutes, seminars, and conferences, ensuring prompt distribution.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Compile valuable data, statistics, and information to inform business decisions.
  • Procure office supplies, maintain inventory, and optimize logistics for efficient operations.
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or services.
  • Create and manage manual and digital filing systems, ensuring seamless access to essential documents.
  • Prepare, proofread, and dispatch correspondence, forms, and other critical documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring timely and precise updates.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases, guaranteeing secure storage and accessibility.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee progress and development opportunities.
Working Conditions:
  • Fully remote work option available.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Workload: 30 hours per week.
Salary Estimate:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
