About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Technologist to join our team at TREXO ROBOTICS INC. as a key member of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop manufacturing instructions for complex mechanical systems
  • Repair and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare design, drawings, and specifications for new projects
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing operations
  • Conduct mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials to ensure quality and safety
  • Develop and implement computer-aided design (CAD) models and simulations to optimize design and manufacturing processes
  • Prepare and review engineering designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards and ensure that all components meet specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records to support manufacturing operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as mechatronics, robotics, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including design, development, and testing
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
