Key Responsibilities- Assist cooks in preparing and serving patient meals, including blending, grinding, slicing, and portioning food and beverages
- Set up and portion patient trays and resident meals with accuracy, according to nutrition care plans
- Check patient trays to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare items such as tea, coffee, and toast
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and perform general cleaning
- Serve staff meals and oversee the collection and receipt of cash for items purchased
