Community Health Worker II Position

As a Community Health Worker II, you will provide home support services to clients in accordance with a pre-established care plan. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, promoting maximum independence, and ensuring the well-being of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals to promote maximum independence
- Perform delegated tasks for which delegation of tasks training has been completed
- Ensure the well-being of individuals and families and promote independent living

Requirements
• Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized Home Support Attendant/Resident Care Aid Program Registered on the BC Care Aid Registry
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' License
• Certificates in CPR, First Aid, and Food Safe
• Use of personal vehicle or equivalent combination of current education, training, and experience
