Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Bilingual

First Student Canada-Transco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - Bilingual to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager - Bilingual, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure that the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • PMP Certification.
  • 3+ years in a project management role.
  • Must be bilingual Canadian French and English.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
