We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical research projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including trial protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCPs, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including trial master files, study protocols, and project reports.
- Provide training and support to project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on project management.
- Strong knowledge of GCPs, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
