About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical research projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
- Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
- Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects and all project deliverables.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process, and clinical monitoring procedures.
- Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
- Ability to manage time and work independently, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
