Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our clinical research programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical research programs, including project planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Act as primary liaison between Syneos Health and customers to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
  • Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
  • Accountable for financial performance of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables of project conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process, and clinical monitoring procedures.
  • Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently.
