Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Client Success Specialist to join our team in Toronto. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior team members, build relationships, support growth, and assist with key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior team members with client interactions and training
  • Build relationships with key accounts as you grow in the role
  • Prepare reports and presentations, and monitor account performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and tools like Slack and Intercom
Compensation

$75,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards and location)
