New Mountain Village seeks an experienced Executive Chef Supervisor to lead our culinary team.
Job Summary
The Executive Chef Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Schedule and supervise staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
- Analyze inventory levels and estimate ingredient requirements to minimize waste;
- Maintain high-quality standards for food and service by monitoring performance and addressing customer complaints;
- Prepare detailed reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs;
- Collaborate with chefs to prepare order summaries and tray assembly supervision.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
