Job Title: Executive Chef

Moby’s Pub is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
