The role of Fulfillment Operations Specialist is crucial to ensuring the seamless delivery of products to customers. This position requires attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality. As a key member of the team, you will be trained on both fulfillment and shipping aspects of our operation and work shifts in one or both departments over the course of any given week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify product quantities and accuracy for each order.
  2. Conduct quality control checks on all orders received, inspecting print quality, artwork, and damages.
  3. Pending Rack Management: track incomplete items, audit and manage pending rack spreadsheets and racks, and investigate missing, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
  4. Retrieve orders and securely move them across production and into fulfillment.
  5. Prepare materials needed for preparing orders.
  6. Ensure all orders are complete, on time, meet high standards of quality, and comply with shipping standards for varying sizes, quantities, and couriers.
  7. Document shipping and receiving transactions according to company practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Office applications, specifically Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Word, and Gmail.
  • Strong mathematical and technical skills.
  • Experience working with US customs/clearance.
  • Familiarity with major courier services (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx).
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
