Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy in picking, packing, and dispensing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with attention to detail and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders efficiently, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products or freshest product selection.
  • Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, cleaning up spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean before packing.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly, completing pre-inspection checks before use.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
