We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as a CBSA Security Guard in Surrey. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in maintaining national security and public safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring individuals who have arrived at the airport and are experiencing immigration complications. Your duties will include ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property, escorting individuals within the facility, and demonstrating empathy and compassion in a vulnerable situation.

Requirements
  • A valid British Columbia security guard license
  • A valid and current First Aid Level 1 (OFA1)
  • Advanced Security Training (AST)
  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent residence status
  • High School diploma / Proof of education
  • Ability to pass a Public Works Clearance and a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • 1-year of security guard experience
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities
  • Experience working in a high-stress environment with quick responsiveness to emergency situations
