Job Summary:

Pursuit Collection is seeking an exceptional and experienced marketing and sales leader to drive revenue growth, enhance our brand, and support the delivery of unforgettable experiences. The VP of Sales & Marketing will play a vital role on the Pursuit Collection leadership team, focusing on maximizing revenue generation across all attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Management: Oversee pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and financial performance metrics to optimize profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and enhances the guest experience.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing global sales team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Brand Champion: Develop and maintain brand standards, guidelines, and messaging to strengthen Pursuit Collection's market position.
  • Market Expansion & Growth: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion and growth, both geographically and through new product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management, with a strong background in the entertainment, tourism, or attractions industry.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.
